AT EMMAUS RD
Prayer is simply talking with God.
We can pray anytime, anywhere and about anything. We don’t have to be in a church building, use special words or put our hands together. God is listening. He wants to hear from and talk to us.
Why is prayer so important to us?
Emmaus Rd was founded by a group of people who prayed non-stop day and night. Prayer continues to be a priority in everything we do.
“Consistent prayer is an avenue to discover and understand the deep heart of the Father, salvation through Jesus’ life and death, and what daily fellowship with the Holy Spirit looks like. This is on an individual, collective and global scale.”
LET US HELP YOU PRAY...
We have resources, prayer teams, online and in-person events to help you pray.

We are part of 24-7 Prayer, an international, interdenominational prayer movement, with a vision to revive the church and rewire the culture through non-stop prayer. Learn more about 24-7 Prayer.
We make time each school term to fill a set time with constant prayer. You can book a slot to pray in one of our 24-7 Prayer rooms in Aldershot, Guildford, Woking and at Waverley Abbey, Farnham. Information on the next prayer week is on the what’s on page.
Waverley Abbey is a retreat centre, educational Christian college and house of prayer in Farnham, Surrey. Emmaus Rd regularly hosts prayer retreats, events and runs a prayer room at Waverley Abbey.
