Our hope is for every child to encounter God’s love and grow in a real, personal relationship with Jesus, walking with Him each day. We also want to support every young person in discovering who they are, uncovering their gifts, and finding their purpose. Together with parents, through our programs at church, in schools, and the community, we aim to nurture and encourage kids to reach their fullest potential, always knowing they are deeply loved and cherished by God.

We would love to invite you to join us on this journey of faith and discovery, where every child is celebrated as the special person God created them to be.

What happens for kids at Emmaus Rd Church?

Your family can expect a wide variety of activities to be running; from parent and toddler groups to seasonal events like our Light Party. The kids calendar is packed with joy-filled and Jesus-centred events.

All of our volunteers and team members are DBS checked, safely recruited, and trained to ensure safety in all our activities.

Sunday Kids Groups

At each of our congregations on Sunday mornings, you can expect to find our kids’ sign-in area, where a member of our Kids Team would love to meet you and share what’s happening for kids that day.

We offer drop-off groups for children ages 2 through Year 6. Together, we worship and pray, play games, create, read stories from the Bible, and have a whole lot of fun! We aim for every group to be filled with meaningful encounters, friendship, and joy for every child.

For more info about what happens for those in Year 7, please head over to our youth page.
